Courier service:
Once you have made your application, you can choose to pay
for a courier service to have your passport delivered to
you at the address you provide, once the decision has been
made. You need to provide VFS with a letter of authorisation
confirming that you would like to use this service. The
cost of the courier service depends on the posting address.
For major cities within Kazakhstan the cost is 2600KZT and
for other cities 3600KZT. The courier cost for Kyrgystan
is 7500KZT. |

SMS Service - track your application:
What does it offer?
SMS news updates will be sent to you informing you of the
status of your visa application. Once purchased you will
receive several automated feedback messages to your mobile
phone informing you what stage your application is within
the process. The service supports the transfer of SMS text
into the language of your choice (Russian and English languages
are available) and re-assures you that your visa application
is progressing towards the final stages of the visa application
process. At the end of the process you will receive an automated
email message (in English only) to your registered email
address, informing you that the UK Border Agency has made
a decision on your visa application and your documents have
been returned.
You can buy this service for 330 KZT only (charged in Tenge,
VAT included), at the same time you submit your visa application
form, supporting documents and biometric data at the visa
